Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Development & Success
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners through networking, outreach, referrals, and relationship-building initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
- Guide new partners through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Educate partners on our services, processes, and partnership opportunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Partnerships, Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management, or a similar client-facing role.

The Compliance & Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining the firm's AML/CFT compliance program while supporting operational excellence and delivering an outstanding client experience. The role combines regulatory compliance, client onboarding, client success, quality assurance, process improvement, and operational coordination.
The successful candidate will also serve as the firm's designated AML Compliance Officer (MLRO/Compliance Officer), subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. AML & Regulatory Compliance
- Act as the firm's AML Compliance Officer.
- Maintain and update the firm's AML/CFT policies and procedures.
- Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) where required.
- Conduct sanctions and PEP screening.
- Review and assess client risk ratings.
- Monitor compliance with UAE AML regulations.
- Investigate unusual or suspicious activities and escalate when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain AML documentation and compliance records.
- Coordinate AML inspections and regulatory audits.

- Knowledge of UAE AML/CFT regulations is highly desirable.
